Koredos Refund policy

Koredos provides a 2months refund policy to our customers. We cannot offer a refund if 60 days have passed since your purchase. Although we do offer you an exchange. The digital access code provided by us should be still intact if you want to receive a refund or compensation of any kind. (Company, we, us means Koredos)

Refunds

After receiving a refund application from your end we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your application and we will get back to you as soon as we process it. At Koredos it is our obligation that after processing your application we let you know if we are moving forward with your application or not. If your application gets approved you will receive a refund in the next 15 business days and the money will be reimbursed into your account.

If you do not receive the refund in 14 days due to a number of technical reasons, you should contact the credit card company or the bank whose card you have used to purchase the product. If you do not receive your funds even after following all the guidelines you can contact us at (Email). We will make sure that a member of our team will get back to you in a day.

Sale Products

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges(If Applicable)

If your digital card/access code is faulty or has a flaw, we can replace it. If you wish to alter it to another one, you'll have to write us an email. We will start working on it as soon as we receive the email.

Gift Certificate

If the product was designated as a gift when it was ordered and sent, you'll get a gift card for the amount of your return after it's received unused and unharmed. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when it was ordered, or if the gift provider had the order sent to them so they could deliver it immediately away, we'll compensate the gift giver.

Cancellation

The students should contact us at EMAIL if they want to cancel the subscription of any course and our team will get back to them. The email should clearly state the reasons for withdrawing from the course backed with evidence to support the claim.
